Inside Out
INSIDE OUT, a 5-day workshop aims to help aspiring individuals from varied backgrounds to explore and enhance their creative potential. The workshop is specially designed to spark creativity in an Individual through Performing Arts. The workshop is widely attended by actors, directors,, teachers, social workers, writers, musicians, seekers, other aspiring artists, corporate experts,and professionals form diverse back grounds.
The workshop helps the participants to explore their hidden unlimited potential by working together and pooling their energies & skills.
It aims to create highly evolved artists who produce honest work and opportunities for them selves and also others.
It will prepare individuals not only for their career, but prepares them for a holistic life. The key principle being - becoming a creator and not mindless consumer, individuals find the strength to not get consumed by the materialistic world but develop imagination, courage and skills to create & transform. Not to fit into a fragmented system but to have the courage to change creatively.
Process and Tools
Workshop uses the tools of performing arts like intuitive movement, voice, speech, story telling, imagination, improvisation & presentation.
Alok Ulfat takes the participants to deeper level of intersection through his life experiences, insight and observation. His unique ability to create an highly productive environment, that inspires and challenges one to grow fully and rejuvenate. He encourages insights and observations of the participants, making the process richer and diverse.
